This policy explains how the Android app handles information and how its external on-device services may process limited data.

Information entered in the app
You can type or dictate phrases for translation and grammar explanation. Google ML Kit processes phrase text and translation results on the device. Google states that ML Kit does not send input phrase text or translation output to Google servers.

Local app storage
Translation History, Favorites and Missing Grammar information are stored locally in the app’s preferences. The app has no developer-operated account or cloud synchronisation, and this information is not sent to a developer-operated server.
Android cloud backup and device-to-device extraction are disabled for app data. You can remove saved information with Clear local library inside the app, with Android’s clear-storage control, or by uninstalling the app.

Google ML Kit diagnostics
The app uses Google ML Kit for on-device translation and language identification. ML Kit may contact Google to download models, updates, bug fixes or hardware-compatibility information.
According to Google, ML Kit may collect limited device information, app information, per-installation identifiers, performance and usage metrics, configured translation languages, and identified languages for diagnostics and usage analytics. Google states that this diagnostic information is encrypted in transit and is not shared with third parties.

Speech recognition and pronunciation
Speech recognition and text-to-speech use services installed and selected on your Android phone. Offline availability and data handling depend on that external service and its provider’s terms.
The app itself does not request Android microphone permission and does not store audio recordings.

Accounts, advertising and sales
The app has no user accounts and no advertising. The developer does not sell phrase history or other personal information.

Automatic translation limitations
Automatic translations may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for a qualified translator in legal, medical, emergency, safety-critical or other high-stakes situations.

Children
The app is not specifically directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated service.

This policy may be updated when the app’s features, third-party services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
